Currency: All prices listed on EarthNest Studios are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Adjustments: Prices for our resin decor, aluminum kitchenware, and apparel are subject to change without prior notice due to material costs or artisanal labor updates.
Payments: We accept payments through authorized third-party gateways. By placing an order, you confirm you are the authorized user of the payment method.
3. Product Descriptions & Artisanal Variations
We make every effort to display our products—including marble idols, handcrafted diaries, and sarees—accurately. However:
Handmade Nature: Since many items are handcrafted or made of natural materials (like resin or wood), minor variations in color, grain, and finish are expected and celebrate the uniqueness of the piece.
Digital Display: We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Given the unique nature of our inventory (such as our 1,800+ curated listings), we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability or stock errors.
Pricing inaccuracies.
Suspected fraudulent transactions. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing: We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, as many items require careful quality checks or custom packaging.
Estimates: Delivery timelines are estimates. EarthNest Studios is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or logistics challenges beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy is built to protect the integrity of our handcrafted goods. Please review our specific policy for marble, resin, and apparel items before purchasing. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Submitting false reviews (which interferes with our data integrity).
