Return & Refund Policy

At EarthNest Studios, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our artisanal journey. We aim to make your experience as seamless as the craft we provide. Please read our policy below carefully to understand our procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

At EarthNest Studios, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please note our strict policy regarding returns:

  • Non-Returnable Goods: Under standard conditions, our products are not returnable. We do not accept returns for "change of mind," aesthetic preferences, or minor artisanal variations inherent to handmade goods.

  • Exception for Damage: A return or replacement will only be processed if the item is found to be broken or damaged upon arrival.

  • Mandatory Proof (Unboxing Video): To be eligible for a return in the case of damage, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the opening of the original courier seal to the revealing of the damage.

  • No Video, No Return: Without a complete unboxing video as proof, EarthNest Studios reserves the right to reject any claim of damage.

  • Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported via email or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

3. Refund & Replacement Process

  • Inspection: Once you submit your unboxing video and photos, our team will verify the claim within 3–5 business days.

  • Resolution: If the damage is verified, we will first attempt to send a replacement of the same item. If the unique handcrafted item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Timing: Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

  • No Exchanges: Since our items are curated and often unique (especially resin and marble pieces), we do not offer exchanges for different colors, sizes, or designs once an order is shipped.

  • The only exception is if the wrong item was sent by our warehouse, which also requires unboxing video proof to verify the error.

5. Damaged or Defective Products (The Unboxing Rule)

  • The Condition: All our products undergo a 3-step quality check before dispatch. We only accept liability for damage occurring during transit.

  • The Proof: You must record a video while opening the package. The video should:

    1. Show the shipping label clearly.

    2. Show the package from all sides before opening.

    3. Show the entire process of unpacking until the damage is clearly visible.

  • Finality: If the unboxing video is edited, blurry, or starts after the box has already been opened, the claim will be automatically rejected.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the following are strictly non-returnable:

    • All Ethnic Apparel and Sarees (due to hygiene and trial wear concerns).

    • Custom-made or personalized resin/marble art.

    • Any item where the customer "changed their mind" or "didn't like the look" in person.

7. Return Shipping for Verified Damage

  • In cases where a return is approved for a broken item, EarthNest Studios will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to the customer.

  • If a reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, we will reimburse the shipping cost based on the receipt provided, up to a maximum of ₹150.
